CONTERMS: Find out the cruises’ baggage limits and regulations.

When arriving at the terminal to start your cruise, luggage must be checked in at a location designated by CONTERMAS on the ground floor, where all security procedures will be carried out to inspect the volumes.

To this end, the Terminal has baggage control equipped with high-precision x-ray equipment. Before checking in your luggage, make sure that all bags are legibly labeled in accordance with the cruise company’s guidelines.

Be careful when preparing your bags and do not place fragile, personal or valuable objects, such as medicines, jewelry, documents, electronics in checked baggage. Carry them with you in your hand luggage.
We ask that you pay attention to each company’s recommendations regarding baggage limits and dimensions.

Please note the list of disallowed items:

  • Drugs, firearms, explosives, illegal substance;
  • Sharp or similar objects: scissors, knives, pocket knives;
  • Objects that emit heat or produce flames: irons, candles, incense;
  • Food or drinks.
